Round Rock Donuts is committed to providing fresh, high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

If there is an issue with your order, including but not limited to:

• An incorrect item was provided
• An item is missing from your order
• A product does not meet our quality standards

Please contact the bakery as soon as possible after pickup. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Orders that are not picked up
• Requests made after products have been consumed
• Changes of mind after food preparation has begun
• Customer taste or preference

Each refund or replacement request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.
