PICKUP Policy

All online orders placed through the Round Rock Donuts website are pickup only. We do not offer shipping or delivery services.

PICKUP LOCATION 

Orders must be picked up at the bakery location selected during checkout.

PICKUP TIMES

Customers may select an available pickup time during the ordering process. While we make every effort to have orders ready at the requested time, preparation times may vary during periods of high demand.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible if preparation has already begun.

ORDER PICKUP

Customers should arrive during their selected pickup window. A copy of the order confirmation may be requested to verify the order.

Because our products are prepared fresh daily and are perishable, orders that are not picked up on the scheduled date may be discarded and are not eligible for a refund.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All menu items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Round Rock Donuts will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer regarding a suitable substitution or, if necessary, a refund for the unavailable item.
