At Round Rock Donuts, we're proud to be part of such a generous and community-minded area. Every week, we receive numerous requests from wonderful organizations doing great work - and while we wish we could contribute to all of them, we've chosen to focus our giving a little closer to home.
Our commitment is to the people who make Round Rock Donuts what it is - our employees.
When one of our team members or their families experiences hardship, we step in to help however we can. Over the years, this has meant assisting with transportation to and from work, helping during family emergencies, and offering support through life's unexpected challenges.
We believe that when we take care of our people, they in turn take care of our guests and our community.
This approach allows us to make a meaningful and lasting difference - one that starts from within and extends outward every day through the care, kindness, and effort that our team brings to work.
