What are your hours?
Can I place a donut order ahead of time?
We serve our Round Rock Glazed Donuts hot off the fryer from 4:30am - 6:30pm.
In order to serve all our customers efficiently, we do not take pre-orders for less than 20 dozen.
Orders under 20 dozen can be easily accommodated at the time of your arrival without pre-ordering. If you would like to place an order greater than 20 dozen donuts, please call our store to speak with one of our staff members.
Do you deliver and/or ship your donuts?
Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to provide shipping for our donuts. These scratch-made products do not contain preservatives, and unfortunately would not uphold our standard of quality by the time they arrived to you. The good news is, we do work with an outside Courier Service to make deliveries for us around the Greater Austin Area. Delivery quotes vary based on quantity of the order and mileage traveled; delivery fee starts at $25. Although you may see us listed on these apps, we are not directly affiliated with any third-party delivery service such as DoorDash, Favor, UberEats, GrubHub, etc.
I want the Texas-Sized Donut! Do I need to place an order in advance?
You can come by at any time to pick up one or more of our famous Texas-Sized Donuts, no pre-order necessary! These are a novelty item that we keep in stock throughout the day. If you need 15 or more, please give us a call at 512-255-3629.
Do you have any vegan, sugar-free, and/or gluten-free options?
Unfortunately we do not have any sugar-free, gluten-free or vegan options at this time.
How do I make a donation request?
All requests are considered individually and must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date the donation is requested for. Unfortunately, we are not able to consider requests submitted less than 60 days prior to the event. Due to the volume of requests that we receive on a daily basis, we are only able to respond to the requests that we are able to fill. If we are able to meet your request, we will contact you no later than 30 days prior to your event. Please submit all donation requests here.

I have a peanut allergy. Are nut-based products used in your donuts?
Our donuts are not made with nut-based products however we do serve pastries, cookies and cakes containing peanuts, pecans and walnuts. Although we take precautions to keep nut-based products in well sealed containers, all of our products are prepared in the same kitchen. This allows for potential cross-contamination. Since our baking equipment comes in contact with peanuts and pecans on a daily basis, our product cannot be certified as nut-free.
What kind of oil is used to fry your donuts?
As per FDA guidelines, we use Palm oil shortening to fry our donuts.
