Do you make custom cakes?
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to customize cakes or cupcakes. Cakes will come as pictured online. No changes to design or color will be accepted. We are happy to customize the message on any of our cakes to match your occasion!
How do I place a cake order?
If you are interested in ordering a cake, please visit our “Cakes” page on our website. Please note: We are not able to take cake orders via email or phone call.
How far in advance do I need to place my cake order?
We ask that you please give us at least a 24-hour notice on all cake orders. However, if you need a cake in less time than that, you’re in luck! We have a delicious selection of ready-to-go cakes and cupcakes in our grab-n-go cake case, made fresh daily and ready for pick-up today. C’mon on by or give us a call to find out what we have in stock!
What time can I pick up my cake?
Our cakes are available for pick up any time during 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Please let us know on your order form what time will work best for you during these hours and we will be sure to have your order ready. Feel free to pick up your cake at our walk-up register or at the drive-thru.
Can I send someone else to pick up my cake order?
We completely understand that schedules are busy, so please feel free to send whomever you wish to pick up your cake order. Please note: We highly recommend sending someone that is familiar with the specifications on your order. We do not offer discounts or refunds for icing or decorating issues for cakes or cupcakes once they leave the bakery premises.
Does my cake need to be refrigerated?
Not necessarily. Your cake may initially be stored at room temperature regardless of flavor or icing selection. However, if you plan to enjoy your cake over an extended period of time (longer than 2-3 days), refrigeration is recommended.
What kind of icing flavors do you offer?
We offer five different icing flavors.
- White Buttercream (stark white color)
- Chocolate Buttercream (light brown color)
- Cream Cheese (ivory color)
- Fudge (dark brown color)
- German Chocolate (standard German Chocolate icing spread)
Can I have my cake delivered? Do you offer shipping?
If you are in the Greater Austin Area, it would be our pleasure to arrange for a contracted courier service to deliver the cake to your event. Please ask our staff members for a delivery quote. Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to ship our cakes or other bakery items.
Are nut-based products used in your cakes?
The majority of our cakes are not made with nut-based products, however we do serve pastries and a few cakes that contain peanuts, pecans or walnuts. Although we take precautions to keep nut-based products in well sealed containers, all of our products are prepared in the same kitchen. Due to this, there is potential for cross-contamination. Our baking equipment comes in contact with peanuts, pecans and walnuts on a daily basis, therefore we cannot certify our product as nut-free.
Do you offer Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, or Vegan cake options?
Unfortunatley we do not offer vegan, gluten-free or sugar-free products at this time.
