What hours are you open?
We are open 7 days a week.
Monday – Friday: the lobby is open from 5am till 4pm; the drive through stays open from 4:30am until 6:30pm.
Saturday: the lobby is open from 5am till 3pm; the drive through stays open from 5am until 6:30pm.
Sunday: the lobby is open from 6am till 2 pm; the drive through stays open from 5am until 6:30pm.

Our address is 106 West Liberty, Round Rock, Texas 78664.
From I-35, take the Highway 620 Exit and head east, turn left onto West Liberty.
From Highway 79, turn on North Mays heading South. Pass through 1 stop light and turn right onto West Liberty.
Do you ship your donuts?
Because our food products do not contain preservatives, we are unfortunately unable to provide shipping for our donuts. The good news is, we do work with an outside Courier Service to make deliveries for us to the Greater Austin area. Give us a call if you would like to have your order delivered.
Do I need to place an order for a Texas-sized Donut in advance?
You can come by any time to pick up one or more of our famous Texas-sized Donuts without pre-ordering. If y’all need to feed a Texas-sized crowd, and need 20 or more Texas-sized Donuts, please give us a call.
How do I make a donation request?

*Please note: all requests are considered individually and must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date the donation is requested for. Unfortunately, we are not able to consider requests submitted less than 60 days prior to the event.
Due to the volume of requests that we receive on a daily basis, we are only able to respond to the requests that we are able to fill. If we are able to meet your request, we will contact you no later than 30 days prior to your event.

Can I place a donut order ahead of time?
We serve our Round Rock Donuts fresh all day.
In order to serve all our customers efficiently, we do not take pre-orders for less than 40 dozen.
Orders under 40 dozen can be accommodated easily at the time of your arrival without pre-ordering.
If you would like to place an order over 40 dozen donuts, please call to speak with one of our staff members.

I have a peanut allergy. Are nut based products used in your donuts?
Our donuts are not made with nut-based products however we do serve pastries, cookies and cakes containing peanuts, pecans and walnuts.
Although we take precautions to keep nut-based products in well sealed containers all of our products are prepared in the same kitchen, allowing for potential cross-contamination. Since our baking equipment comes in contact with peanuts, pecans and walnuts on a daily basis, our product cannot be certified as nut-free.
How do I place a cake order?
If you are interested in ordering a cake, please visit our “Cakes and Cupcakes” page on our website.
You can browse through over 700 different cake designs and order them online!
(*Please note: we are not able to take cake orders via email.)
If you are without computer access, please visit us at the bakery during lobby hours to place your order.
We would be happy to assist you.
How far in advance do I need to place my cake order?
We ask that you please give us at least a 24-hour notice on all cake orders.
However, if you need a cake in less time than that, you’re in luck! We have a delicious selection of ready-to-go cakes and cupcakes in our lobby display case, made fresh daily and ready for pick-up today. C’mon on by!
What time can I pick up my cake?
Our cakes are available for pick up any time during 9:00am – 5:30pm.
Please let us know on your order form what time will work best for you during these hours and we will be sure to have your order ready. Feel free to pick up your cake either in our lobby or drive-thru.
Can I send some one else to pick up my cake order or do I personally need to pick it up?
We completely understand that schedules are busy, so please feel free to send whomever you wish to pick up your cake order.
**PLEASE NOTE: On all pick up orders, as we do not offer discounts or refunds for icing or decorating issues for cakes once they leave the bakery, we highly recommend sending someone that is familiar with the specifications on your order.
For example, please send someone that is familiar with the spelling of the name, the color of icing, size and shape you selected, etc.
In addition, as you will be asked to sign a waiver stating that the cake meets your expectations, we ask that you please allow enough time at pick up for either you (or the person you have sent to pick up your order) to carefully review the cake and make sure it is correct.
Can you customize a cake to match a party invitation, a logo, TV characters, etc?
We have over 700 cakes online, so we are sure to have something for everyone!
Although, for copyright reasons, we are no longer able to make a cake based on an image or logo you provide us, we are happy to customize the colors and message on any of our online cakes to match your occasion.
Please be sure to specify the colors that would best match your event on the online order form.
How many people can I serve with your cakes?
Our cakes come in a variety of sizes and shapes.
Please view our info page that will list our shapes and serving sizes in detail.
Does my cake need to be refrigerated?
Not necessarily. Your cake may initially be stored at room temperature regardless of flavor or icing selection.
However, if you plan to enjoy your cake over an extended period of time, refrigeration is recommended.
Can I order my cake with half one flavor and half of another?
We would be delighted to create a cake of two flavors for you on all half-sheet style or larger cake sizes.
Please note: on a few of our cake styles, only one flavor option is available. Each of our online cakes will specifically list the flavor selection available for that particular style on the order form, so that you will know if a half and half option is available.
How do I store my left over cake?
Your left-over cake may be stored at room temperature if you plan to enjoy the cake right away.
If you plan to enjoy your cake over an extended period of time, we do recommend refrigeration for all icings.
What kind of icing flavors do you offer?
We offer four different icing flavors:
White Buttercream (White in color)
Chocolate Buttercream (Light brown in color)
Cream Cheese (Ivory in color)
Fudge (Dark brown in color)
Can I have my cake delivered? Do you offer shipping?
If you are in the Greater Austin Area, it would be our pleasure to arrange for a contracted courier service to deliver the cake to your event. Please ask our staff members for a delivery quote.
